If you receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We have a 7-day size Exchange policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
We offer size exchange subject to availability, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The exact Color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. We cannot exchange the product without purchase invoice.

Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
